Lindsey Malone Pflugrath
Lindsey Malone Pflugrath is a shareholder of the firm. Lindsey focuses her practice on design professional and construction law. Her clients include owners, owner’s representatives, international multi-disciplinary design firms, as well as local engineering and architecture firms. Lindsey takes great pride in offering an integrated suite of services to her clients, providing advice on risk management, contract negotiation, conflict resolution, and collection strategies, as well as defending her clients from construction defect, personal injury and property damage claims.
Lindsey is active with many local professional organizations serving the design and construction community. She is a long-time member of the Board of Directors of the Seattle Architecture Foundation, and is currently serving as President of the Board. She is entering her third term on the Board of Directors of AIA Seattle, and has served on and chaired several AIA Seattle committees, including the Women in Design Committee and the Practice and Ethics Committee. She has also been active with the Urban Land Institute’s Thriving Communities Taskforce, and graduated from ULI’s Sustainable Leadership Institute in 2014. Lindsey is involved with the American Association of Cost Engineers, the American Counsel of Engineering Companies, and the Geoprofessonal Business Association.
