Lisa M. Frigo
Lisa recognized very early in her career her strong passion for being in the courtroom. During law school, she first experienced the workings of a courtroom through an internship with the Honorable Robert L. McGahey, Jr. From there, she served as an intern with the Denver District Attorney’s Office in the Family Violence Unit. After graduating law school from the University of Denver, she worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. McGahey, Jr., and thereafter was hired as a Deputy District Attorney in Denver. In her five plus years as a Denver Deputy District Attorney, she prosecuted thousands of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases, including attempted murder, sexual assault, first degree assault, and aggravated robbery. She has also tried numerous jury and court trials. Her experience as a District Attorney greatly enhances her ability to successfully litigate and zealously advocate for her clients.
