Louis P. DiGiaimo


LOUIS P. DIGIAIMO is a 1983 graduate of Siena College with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He received a Juris Doctorate from West New England College School of Law in 1986, and received a Master of Laws degree in Litigation from Emory Law School in 1987. While at Western New England College School of Law he served as a staff member and subsequently as the Lead Articles Editor of the Western New England Law Review. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the District of New York (Southern and Eastern Districts), as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. DiGiaimo was certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey in 1995 and re-certified in 2002. He has extensive experience in civil and complex commercial litigation and appellate practice before all state and federal courts, concentrating in the representation of life, health and disability insurers with respect to claims for benefits under individual and group policies of insurance, and insurance fraud. He represents management and fiduciaries with respect claims asserted under employee benefit programs and employment- related disputes including matters arising under ERISA, ADA and NJLAD. He also represents insurance agents and brokers with regard to claims of professional malpractice.
