Luna Droubi joined the firm in 2015. Her litigation practice focuses on civil rights, police and governmental misconduct, and employment discrimination.
She has investigated and litigated a number of major civil rights cases, including the case of Mr.Samuel Harrell. Prior to joining the firm, Luna clerked for the Honorable Sterling Johnson Jr. in the Eastern District of New York. For two years prior, she worked in civil rights and civil litigation, successfully representing a Plaintiff in a major religious discrimination lawsuit against the New York City Transit Authority, and a non-profit Defendant accused under the Anti-Terrorism Act in the In reSeptember 11, 2001 multi-district litigation. During law school, Luna was Editor-in-Chief of the New York Law School Law Review and worked as a legal intern at the United Nations, Manhattan Legal Services, and the Legal Aid Society. She was a judicial intern for the Honorable Deborah A. Batts in the Southern District of New York.
