Mark A. Thieszen
Mark was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. He moved to Montana to attend Montana State University in Bozeman. He returned to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado. After graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2008, he clerked for Justice Jim Rice at the Montana Supreme Court. Following his clerkship, he was employed as a deputy county attorney for the Butte-Silver Bow County Attorney’s Office, prosecuting all levels of crime, from investigation through trial. In 2013 he joined the law firm of Poore, Roth & Robinson, P.C. as an associate, using his trial and appellate experience in his litigation practice. He also serves on the board of a local non-profit organization.
