Mark C. Rose (born Henderson, Nevada) is an associate attorney with McKay, Burton & Thurman, P.C. Mark is an honors graduate of Creighton University School of Law. While at Creighton, Mark was a member of the Creighton Law Review, a member of the school’s Advanced Trial Practice Team, and was named to the National Order of Barristers—a national honorary organization that recognizes graduating law students who excel as student advocates in written and oral advocacy. Since graduating, Mark has established himself as a litigator and trial attorney with experience litigating and trying criminal, immigration, personal injury, bankruptcy, commercial, and general civil cases.
