Mr. Henderson is a litigator with particular emphasis in domestic relations, including divorce, child custody and the representation of minor children as attorney or guardian ad litem. He also practices criminal law. Mr. Henderson received his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut (B.S. 1976) and his law degree from Pace University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1985), where he was an Associate Editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review. Before joining the firm in 1986, he served as a law research assistant to the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, in Albany, New York. He is a member of both the Connecticut and New York bars. His professional affiliations include membership in the family law sections of the Connecticut and American Bar Associations. He is a Director of the Fairfield County Bar Association and is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich. Mr. Henderson has served as a board member of Domestic Violence Services, Inc. and the Old Greenwich-Riverside Community Center, of which he was a member of the Executive Committee. He also serves as a Special Master for family cases in the Connecticut Superior Court, as well as for the Regional Family Trial Docket.
