As Mark’s career progressed, his desire to open up his own law firm went from an idea to something more. He wanted to help people accused of crimes and with other legal matters as well. In 2014, Mark opened Worthley Law. Mark takes a personal approach to each of his clients. He handles criminal cases, wills and trusts, family law and municipal matters. He also serves as a Porter County Public Defender. Mark tries to answer as many of his own phone calls as he can, so don’t be surprised if you call his office and speak directly to Mark on the first call. He promptly returns calls if he is unavailable. Mark regularly appears in courtrooms on behalf of his clients throughout Indiana. And if you want to meet with Mark – it is no problem to set up an appointment. He routinely makes himself available in the evenings and on weekends.
