Martha Ravenhill practices in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, personal injury, general civil litigation, and appellate practice. Ms. Ravenhill earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. During law school she worked as a law clerk at a private litigation firm and the Illinois Attorney General's Office. She also volunteered as a certified mediator for the Center for Conflict Resolution, mediating several disputes for the Cook County Court Referral Program.
After law school, Ms. Ravenhill began her legal career at the Missouri Attorney General's Office in the Public Safety Division. As an Assistant Attorney General, Ms. Ravenhill represented the State of Missouri in special prosecutions in circuit courts throughout the state and in several state and federal habeas corpus proceedings. Ms. Ravenhill has successfully tried cases to juries and argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
