Mason Boling


Mason Boling primarily represents plaintiffs in personal injury claims against pharmaceutical and medical device companies. He also writes appeals for both civil and criminal cases and assists in other forms of civil litigation and criminal defense.

As a law student, Mason clerked for the Civil Department of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office and for Benton County Circuit Court Judge Doug Schrantz before joining KMBSP as a law clerk in 2013. He also served as Note & Comment Editor of the Arkansas Law Review and was part of a team of two students who drafted briefs and conducted oral arguments before the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, earning a victory for their client in a section 1983 prisoners’ rights case (Colwell v. Bannister, 763 F.3d 1060 (9th Cir. 2014)).
