Matheu D. Nunn
Matheu D. Nunn joined Einhorn Harris Ascher Barbarito & Frost, PC in December 2011. He handles matrimonial, criminal, and appellate matters at all levels of the judiciary. He came to the firm after serving as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. In 2012, Matheu was appointed to serve as the Prosecutor for Morris Township; he has also filled in for the Boonton, Boonton Township, East Hanover and Parsippany Municipal Courts. The trial and litigation skills he learned as a prosecutor also serve to benefit his matrimonial clients both in and out of the courtroom. Between public and private practice, Mr. Nunn has tried both jury and bench trials and has been counsel of record in over 25 Appellate Division matters.
Mr. Nunn received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware and then his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Camden, where he earned “with Honors” distinction and was an editor of the law review. During law school, he worked in the legal department of ING Direct, and completed externships for the Honorable Joseph A. Falcone, J.S.C., and the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.
