Matthew F. Kuhn
Matt is an Associate in the Business Litigation, Antitrust, Appellate, Business Torts and Class Action practices. He is an experienced litigator who regularly works on trial and appellate matters involving business and commercial disputes, fiduciary obligations, corporate governance and administrative law. Matt also has experience with antitrust investigations, arbitration and mediation, class actions and white-collar criminal matters.
Previously, Matt served as a law clerk for Judge Raymond W. Gruender on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Matt also was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Jones Day, where he litigated business and commercial matters before trial and appellate courts. His experience includes briefing matters before all levels of the judiciary, including at the certiorari stage before the U.S. Supreme Court. While in law school, Matt worked on judicial confirmations for the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
