Michael D. Rice was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 2013. He is a graduate of Ohio University (B.A., Public Administration in 2007 and M.P.A. in 2008) and the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D., 2012). During law school, Mr. Rice was a Staff Writer and Research Editor for the University of Dayton Law Review. Prior to joining Dungan & LeFevre, Mr. Rice was Staff Attorney to the Honorable Dennis J. Langer at the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. Mr. Rice is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Miami County Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association, and the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. A Dayton-area native, Mr. Rice’s practice areas include General Civil Litigation, Domestic Relations, and Criminal Law.
