Michael is admitted to practice before the Minnesota Federal District Court and the State Courts of New York and Minnesota. Michael provides services in the following areas: Business & Commercial Law; Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant Law; Construction Law; Business Formation and Organization; Employment and Civil Rights; Family Law; and general civil litigation and appeals (MN & NY).
Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. There, he was a director for the National Moot Court and a supervising student attorney for the Civil Practice Clinic. While attending the University of Minnesota, Michael spoke at the ABA Young Lawyers Division teleconference entitled “Lessons in Public Education: A Community’s Challenge to Property Tax Assessments.”
