Michael J. Tubbesing
Mr. Tubbesing specializes in defending individuals, corporations and insurance companies, with an emphasis in personal injury cases, products liability, construction litigation and insurance coverage disputes. He has significant trial experience in the state and federal courts of Missouri and Kansas in a wide range of areas, including: products liability cases, construction litigation, insurance and coverage actions, and personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Tubbesing received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team. Prior to attending law school, he received his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and spent five years testing Advanced Cruise Missiles for the United States Air Force.
