Michael N. Loebl
Mike Loebl is a partner with Fulcher Hagler LLP, which he joined in 2001 following a clerkship with the Honorable W. Leon Barfield, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Georgia. In 1997, Mike graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Philosophy (Summa Cum Laude), earning his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2000 (Magna Cum Laude).
As a member of the State Bars of Georgia and South Carolina, Mike’s litigation-orientated practice primarily involves the representation of commercial and individual defendants embroiled in civil litigation, although he also enjoys and solicits Criminal Justice Act and other appointments from federal trial and appellate courts.
Among other bar-related pursuits, Mike presently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Georgia Legal Services Program, a state-wide nonprofit law firm providing civil legal services to low-income Georgians. Further, Mike is thrilled to serve as a Trustee of the Eleventh Circuit Historical Society, a private, nonprofit organization which records the history of the courts of the Eleventh Circuit and of the judges who have served these courts.
