Michelle Gomez Hinden, Esq
Michelle Gomez Hinden, Esq. acts as of counsel to Aktas Law, P.A. Ms. Hinden focuses her practice on corporate, transactional and commercial real estate law. At the beginning of her legal career, Ms. Hinden served as an assistant to a corporate law firm, which represented well-known retailers in the field of Asset Protection. She later moved to Fort Lauderdale where she worked as an assistant to the partner of a boutique commercial real estate firm that represented national and local lenders in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of improved and unimproved commercial properties.
Ms. Hinden attended law school in Jacksonville, Florida, at the Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Hinden was the recipient of the Advanced Legal Research, Writing and Drafting Certificate, which focused on legal analysis, research, oral advocacy and the writing skills needed for success in the practice of law. She earned a Pro Bono Honor Cord for devoting over 200 hours of volunteer service to the Jacksonville community. She was the recipient of the Founder’s Award for her significant contributions to the ideals and objectives of Florida Coastal School of Law. Ms. Hinden was also a member of her law school’s Animal Law Society Moot Court Team, which ranked in the 2008 National Animal Advocacy Appellate Moot Court Competition at Harvard Law School. Ms. Hinden earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008.
