Morgan S. Lucas
Morgan Lucas is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Baker Botts, where her focus is in the area of international law and white collar defense.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Ms. Lucas worked as a law clerk in the office of the Los Angeles County District Attorney where she assisted deputy district attorneys with trial preparation. Ms. Lucas was also a student attorney for the Duke Children’s Law Clinic, where she advised clients on issues of special education and handled social security disability cases.
Before law school, Ms. Lucas founded and served as the director of the educational outreach program for the global microfinance nonprofit, Kiva. She was also active in U.S. politics as a fundraiser and advisor to U.S. Senate and House of Representatives candidates.
