Ms. Seda Aktas, Esq.
Seda Aktas, Esq. is the President of Aktas Law, P.A., and focuses her practice on defense of criminal charges in Federal and State Courts, as well as business law and litigation.
In 2015, Ms. Aktas was honored by National Association of Distinguished Counsel as one of the “Nation’s Top One Percent,” a prestigious award reserved for the elite few in Florida, and she was also awarded “Top 10 Under 40” in Florida by National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys, in addition to her 2014 Awards of “Top 40 Under 40? by The National Trial Lawyers, Rated “Superb” Attorney and “Client’s Choice” by Avvo.com, and as one of “10 Best” in Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys. Admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit along with all Florida State Courts, she is a member of the Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Federal Bar Association and Broward County Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Aktas is also approved to teach Trial Advocacy as an Adjunct Professor and was an instructor for the NITA Florida Deposition Skills Program 2013 at Nova Southeastern University Shepherd Broad Law School. She is proud of her involvement in the Turkish-American community as the elected Southeast Vice President of the Assembly of Turkish American Associations and also serves on the Board of Directors for Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
