Nancy Borders Paschall
Mrs. Paschall practices primarily in the areas of commercial law,corporate/business law, creditors' rights, employment law, landlord and tenant, construction, personal injury, health care law,bankruptcy litigation, and general civil litigation. She is a member of the Gaston County, North Carolina and American Bar Associations and the North Carolina State Bar. Mrs. Paschall has been awarded the highest professional rating of "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell for over twenty-five years.
Mrs. Paschall has been with the firm since 1985. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University (B.A., cum laude, 1982) and Wake Forest Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1985). She was awarded the Order of the Barristers, and was a member of the National Moot Court Team and the William and Mary Moot Court Team (Best Brief) and Moot Court Board. As a member of the Wake Forest Law Review she authored Defamation—Republication of Defamatory Pleadings by a Litigant, 20 Wake Forest L. Rev. 145, 1984; and Comment, New Principles Involving the Adequate and Independent State Grounds Doctrine in Federal Jurisdiction, 20 Wake Forest L. Rev. 635, 1984.
