Neil Fox is a 1985 graduate of the University of Illinois School of Law. He holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, also from the University of Illinois. His practice has centered on criminal defense at the trial, appellate and post-conviction levels.
From 1985 until 1989, Mr. Fox was a staff attorney at the Washington Appellate Defender Association. From 1989 until 2002, he was a staff attorney and supervisor at the Seattle-King County Public Defender Association. In 2003, he became "of counsel" to the small Seattle criminal defense firm of Cohen & Iaria. He began the Law Office of Neil Fox PLLC in January 2010.
Mr. Fox is admitted to practice in Washington State, the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
