A native New Yorker, Nicholas graduated from Boston University, cum laude, in 2005 and from the University of Connecticut School of Law, with honors, in 2008. As a law student Nicholas received awards for his performance in several legal writing, moot court, and mock trial competitions. Prior to joining Stoll, Glickman and Bellina, Nicholas worked for a firm focused on insurance litigation, where he gained extensive personal injury trial experience.
Nicholas joined Stoll, Glickman and Bellina as an associate in 2011. His practice includes defending the civil rights of NYC residents and inmates in both city and state facilities. Nicholas has also been able to focus on his passion for writing, taking on several appeals on behalf of his clients.
In the years since becoming part of the SGB team, he has become an invaluable asset to the clients and the firm. He is a smart and experienced litigator and legal researcher.
