Nicole R. Buskill concentrates her practice on municipal law, focusing on civil litigation and general counsel needs. She served as Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of Indianapolis from 2008-2012, where she organized the largest tax sale in Indiana history and played an integral role in constructing the highly complex and technical legal structures for Indianapolis’ Georgia Street development during the 2012 Super Bowl. Nicole’s holistic approach to serving municipalities makes her a valuable litigator as well, with experience in both state and federal jury trials. Since joining Church Church Hittle & Antrim in 2012, Nicole has helped organize the firm’s Town of Fishers legal team. Her creative and innovative approach to serving her clients, expert legal skills, and ability to navigate often difficult political waters makes her an asset and trusted adviser to the communities she represents.
