Noah A. Levine
Noah Levine has a diverse litigation practice, focusing on litigation related to financial institutions, including defense of consumer class actions under federal banking statutes and antitrust laws, appellate litigation, complex commercial litigation and intellectual property. He joined the firm in 2002 and is a member of its Management Committee.
Mr. Levine’s litigation practice is divided between appellate and trial-level work. On the appellate side, he has prepared merits briefs, petitions for certiorari and amicus briefs before the US Supreme Court, and briefs before numerous federal appellate courts, in cases involving diverse matters including banking, securities, antitrust, intellectual property and constitutional matters. Mr. Levine has presented oral argument in cases involving banking, constitutional, commercial and intellectual property matters in the US Courts of Appeals for the Second, Eighth, Ninth and Federal Circuits. On the trial-level side, Mr. Levine’s focus is on the representation of financial institutions in class-action and other complex commercial litigation.
