Pablo G. Kapusta
Pablo Kapusta’s practice covers a broad range of litigation matters, including white collar criminal defense, government investigations and bankruptcy litigation. He has extensive experience representing major corporate clients in civil and criminal investigations brought by various government agencies, including the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Kapusta’s experience includes conducting witness interviews, managing complex document reviews, and drafting investigation memorandums.
During law school, Mr. Kapusta was an intern for the chief counsel of Committee on Foreign Affairs in the United States House of Representatives. In 2008, he worked as an intern with the Office of the General Counsel at the US International Trade Commission, focusing on preliminary phase anti-dumping cases. Mr. Kapusta also interned at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea, where he assisted with comparative constitutional law issues.
Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Kapusta worked as a research fellow at UN Watch in Geneva, Switzerland.
