Pamela Seeber Chehardy
Pamela Seeber Chehardy was born in New Orleans and raised in Metairie, Louisiana. After graduating with honors from Archbishop Chapelle High School, where she was the recipient of the WDSU Edward R. Murrow Scholarship award, she attended Louisiana State University. Ms. Chehardy achieved her undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in psychology. She subsequently attended Loyola University School of Law and was conferred her J.D. in 1994. Ms. Chehardy is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, as well as the United States Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana.
Ms. Chehardy began her practice with a mid-sized insurance defense firm in Metairie. She represented national corporate clients including Nobel Insurance Company, Dayco Products, Inc., Piccadilly Cafeterias, Home Depot, FFE Transportation Services, Inc. and Motors Insurance Company in all aspects of litigation. After moving to Baton Rouge in 1998, she worked for a smaller insurance defense firm, representing American National Property and Casualty Company and was also appointed special counsel for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Ms. Chehardy was a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Dean Henry George McMahon Inn of Court.
