Patrick J. Sauter
Patrick Sauter is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 100 jury trials to his credit. When a case cannot be fairly resolved by settlement, Pat is committed to his clients’ rights to have their disputes decided by a jury. Clients retain Pat on the most difficult and complex cases often involving multi-million dollar damage claims. During the past 30 years, Mr. Sauter has developed expertise in the areas of personal injury, construction defects, product liability, insurance coverage, and a variety of commercial disputes.
In addition to the private practice of law, Pat is actively involved in pro bono work. For years he was involved with Legal Advice Clinics (n/k/a Volunteer Lawyers Network) and served on the LAC Board. More recently, he has devoted substantial time to the Tubman - Chrysalis Center Pro Bono Safety Project for victims of domestic violence and, in 2014, was awarded the Tubman Safety Project Attorney of the Year. In 2015, Pat received the Minnesota State Bar Association David Graven Public Service Award in recognition of his commitment to public or community service.
