Peter D. Pasciucco joined Byrne and Anderson, LLP., as an Associate Attorney in May of 2015. He concentrates his practice around criminal defense and civil litigation. He also represents police officers and other public employees who have been accused of misconduct and face discipline. Prior to joining the firm, Peter worked for over four years a prosecutor in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. During that time, Peter handled a variety of serious matters and tried more than thirty-five cases to jury verdict. Following successful assignments in the Dorchester, Chelsea and Charlestown District Courts, he was appointed by District Attorney Daniel Conley to Chief of the Gun Prosecution Task Force where he led a team of four attorneys in the prosecution of firearm related crimes. In 2014, he was promoted to the Superior Court division of the office and presented cases for indictment before the Suffolk County Grand Jury. For two years prior to attending law school, Peter worked as a paralegal at a prestigious Boston law firm where he assisted in the defense of major products liability, general liability and negligence actions brought against clients in the automotive, aviation, insurance and commercial industries.
