Platte joined the firm’s family law practice group in 2011. He represents clients in all aspects of divorce, child custody proceedings, paternity actions, and adoption. Platte also has skill and experience in drafting premarital agreements and handling protective orders. He provides his family law clients with strategic and intelligent advocacy with the intent of having their matters resolved fairly, timely, and without unnecessary expense. In addition to practicing family law, Platte also handles commercial litigation disputes in state and federal court. Prior to joining Kruse Landa Maycock & Ricks, Platte was a Research Attorney for the University of Utah, Office of the General Counsel.
