R. Gardner Jolley is the senior member of the firm, and practices primarily in the areas of probate, trust, banking, real estate, and litigation in those areas. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Utah and his J.D. degree from Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), University of California. He then moved to Nevada to serve as law clerk for Justice David Zenoff of the Nevada Supreme Court, 1969-1970. Mr. Jolley has been an instructor in business law at Clark County Community College and has spoken frequently on topics relating to his areas of practice. He is a member of the Clark County and American Bar Associations. Mr. Jolley was a member of the Board of Governors and past president of the State Bar of Nevada from 1978 to 1986. He was also Nevada Representative to ABA House of Delegates from 1986-1988 and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Nevada Law Foundation from 1988 to 1990.
