Rachel L. Kranz
Rachel Kranz is an associate with Montgomery Little & Soran whose practice focuses on family law matters including dissolution of marriage and legal separation actions, including division of property and debts, maintenance and attorney fees; child-related matters such as decision-making, parenting time, child support, and relocation; post-decree modifications of parenting time and child support; enforcement of court orders by contempt or execution of judgments; representation of parents in dependency and neglect matters, kinship and step-parent adoptions and paternity actions; pre-nuptial and post-nuptial marital agreements; defense of claims for discharge in bankruptcy; and all aspects of the appeal process. Ms. Kranz worked as a law clerk at Montgomery Little & Soran prior to becoming an associate.
While in law school, she participated in the University of Denver Civil Litigation Clinic, representing clients in landlord-tenant and civil protection order cases. Ms. Kranz also served as General Editor of the Denver University Law Review.
