Raymond L. Marshall
Raymond “Ray” Marshall, one of the founding members of Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall, LLC, is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. His legal career began as a Law Clerk to the now retired Honorable Ellen M. Heller, Circuit Court for Baltimore City, where his experience with product liability and lead paint cases led to the development of a practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, particularly in toxic torts. After spending numerous years honing his advocacy skills, Ray is involved in a broad range of litigation matters. He has extensive experience practicing before the state, federal and appellate courts of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. Ray previously served as a Board Member, including one year as the Vice-President, for the Maryland Disability Law Center, a non-profit organization that works to ensure equal access for persons with disabilities throughout the state of Maryland. He also previously volunteered as a youth football and basketball coach with the Towson Recreation Council and was a volunteer member of the Towson Area Fourth of July Parade Committee for a number of years.Raymond L. Marshall has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2016 Best Lawyers in Americain the practice area of Commercial Litigation.Raymond L.
