Rebecca Mulcahy was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a brief relocation to attend the University of Florida to complete her undergraduate degree. Ms. Mulcahy began work in family law during her studies at the University of New Mexico School of Law, which included assisting low-income families at the University’s legal clinic, completing 80 hours of training for mediation, and working as a law clerk in a fast-paced private firm.
Upon graduating from the University of New Mexico School of Law, Ms. Mulcahy continued to focus her work in family law. She is a highly experienced family law attorney having negotiated and litigated a wealth of family law cases, including divorce, child support, child custody, adoption, kinship guardianship, grandparent visitation rights, and domestic violence.
