Reid J. Allred
Mr. Allred is a 2006 graduate of Harvard Law School where he served as Senior Editor on the Harvard Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and has experience with all aspects of litigation in both federal and state courts around the country. Mr. Allred specializes in disputes among owners of closely held businesses as well as litigation regarding construction and real estate disputes. Mr. Allred gained extensive experience with complex commercial litigation (such as class actions, multidistrict litigation, and international litigation) as an associate with Gibson Dunn in Denver. In addition to his civil trial experience, Mr. Allred tried more than twenty criminal cases (including a dozen jury trials) while seconded to the Denver City Attorney Office’s Prosecution and Code Enforcement Section.
