Mr. Gramlich was the lead counsel for the Scottsdale “W” Hotels construction defect and delay claim, which involved millions of dollars’ worth of defects and delays as the result of incomplete and inadequate plans, contractor critical path delays, and significant MEP conflicts and defects. He was successful in reaching a significant settlement on behalf of his clients from both the general contractor and the architect. Mr. Gramlich has significant experience with geotechnical issues and the construction practices required in connection therewith. He has successfully tried Construction Defect, Business Tort, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Insurance Bad Faith actions resulting in significant recoveries. Mr. Gramlich has had some of the largest per home verdicts in Arizona for damage caused by expansive soil.
