Litigator Robert Fischer focuses on civil, personal injury, and criminal defense matters. He has taken more than 20 jury trials to verdict as lead trial counsel.
Robert also advises municipal, corporate, and individual clients as a litigation defense attorney, counseling clients involved in general liability and professional liability claims. He defends clients accused of criminal activity, including driving under the influence, assault, disorderly conduct, domestic violence, and drug charges. Robert also represents businesses and individuals in front of regulatory and investigative agencies throughout Arizona.
In his civil litigation practice Robert advises clients in construction, medical malpractice, employment, insurance, bad faith, contract, debt, and real estate issues, as well as probate disputes.
Prior to entering private practice, Robert worked as a prosecutor with the Pima County Arizona Attorney’s Office. He handled misdemeanor and felony criminal charges in Pima County Justice Court and the Superior Court of Arizona, Pima County. There he gained extensive courtroom experience with criminal pretrial and trial procedure.
Previously, Robert served as a U.S. Congressional spokesperson and legislative analyst in Washington, D.C. He also worked in the investment and asset management industry, helping individuals, corporate entities, public and private pension funds, and non-profit associations to develop, analyze, and execute investment strategies.
