Honorable Discharge received from the United States Army (National Guard) and the United States Navy (Naval Reserve). Marine Engineer licensed by the United States Coast Guard (USCG). Member: National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI); United States Air Force Auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol (Major- Legal Officer); Captain, San Diego County Deputy Sheriffs Association and, Commissioner (Emeritus) San Diego Crime Commission.
