Robert S. Dampf


Robert has served as an adjunct professor in the Business Department at McNeese State University, where he taught torts, contracts litigation and business law. He is a frequent seminar speaker on negotiation and mediation having conducted continuing education programs in Louisiana, Missouri, Florida, California, Arizona, New York and Ireland. In addition, he has conducted in excess of 4,000 mediations, primarily in Louisiana and Texas, but also in Virginia, Kentucky, Utah and Mississippi. On July 17-24, 2005, Robert was a member of a panel of speakers at the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel 2005 Annual Meeting held in San Diego, California. They spoke in the Substantive Law Section Meeting and their topic was “Use of Arbitration and Mediation by Corporations to Resolve Tort, Insurance and Business Disputes.” Robert is also a member of American College of Civil Trial Mediators.
