Robert Salaman has considerable litigation experience in all areas of employment law, including claims involving a hostile work environment, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, wage and hour cases, pregnancy discrimination, race / religious discrimination, age discrimination and disability discrimination.

Mr. Salaman is well versed in the law and has experience with many governmental agencies including but not limited to United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR), and New York City Commission on Human Rights (NYCCHR) all empowered to prevent workers and employees from being exposed to employment discrimination, sexual harassment and a hostile work environment.
