Ryan A. Abrams
Ryan A. Abrams was born in Miami, Florida. He attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, earning his Juris Doctorate in May, 2014. While in law school, Mr. Abrams focused his legal studies on land-use and environmental law, and was on the executive board of the student-run Environmental and Land-Use Law Society. He earned the "Book Award" for highest grade in two environmental law courses, Environmental Law and Environmental Enforcement Seminar. Mr. Abrams authored a law-review style article while in the Environmental Enforcement Seminar, which was later published by the University of Denver Water Law Review. The article is entitled, "The Problem of Nutrient Pollution: Lessons from Florida’s Fragmented Approach." Mr. Abrams achieved high grades in law school, earning him a place on the Dean’s List Five (5) semesters in a row.
Mr. Abrams practices in a wide-range of areas of law including, but not limited to, general civil litigation, commercial litigation, appellate practice, land-use and environmental law, local government law, personal injury, drafting contracts, and landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Abrams has regularly appeared in court and passionately, and often successfully, argues on behalf of his clients.
