Scott P. Card received his Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy, with a minor in Portuguese, from Brigham Young University. He received his law degree in 1994 from Whittier Law School in Southern California. Scott has been a part-time professor at Brigham Young University and is a frequent lecturer regarding juvenile legal issues for community groups, high schools, colleges and universities. Scott is a member of the Utah Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He has served on the Utah County Board of Adjustments and is a member of the American Red Cross disaster action team.
