Shane T. Sears is active in both his hometown of Tuscaloosa and Birmingham communities. He is active in volunteering with organizations who assist disabled individuals. He also volunteers as a community board member for TREAC (Tuscaloosa Research and Education Advancement Corporation through the Department of Veterans' Affairs) which is an organization that strives to improve the health and quality of life of veterans through the advancement of clinical knowledge through research and education. After graduation from the University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Sears has defended large corporations, represented individuals in personal injury cases, and advocated for the rights of special need students in public school systems throughout the state of Alabama. He maintains offices in Birmingham and Daphne, Alabama.
