Stacy C. Eggers, IV
Stacy ’Four’ Eggers, IV has been a member of the firm since 2001, handling all matters of civil litigation, business representation, land condemnation, and personal injury, as well as criminal and traffic matters. He currently serves as the county attorney for Watauga County, and as the town attorney for the Town of Beech Mountain and the Town of Banner Elk. Since 2004, he has been certified by the North Carolina Criminal Justice and Training Standards Commission to teach continuing legal education to law enforcement officers, and has taught classes for the Appalachian State University Police Department and the Watauga County Sheriff’s Department.
Four earned a Bachelor of the Arts from Appalachian State University and his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. Previously he served as Chairman of the Appalachian State University Honor Court, Chief Justice of the Campbell Law School Honor Court, and has been published in the Campbell Law Review. From 2005-2013, he served as a member of the Watauga County Board of Elections.
Four also serves on the Appalachian State University Board of Visitors and is an active member of Boone United Methodist Church. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Watauga County Bar Association.
