T. Samuel Duck
T. Samuel Duck was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1988. Before law school, he received his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Mr. Duck received his law degree in 1988 from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. After law school, he clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Charles Coody in Montgomery, Alabama.
For twenty five years, the primary focus of Mr. Duck's practice has been civil defense litigation. His practice areas include construction litigation; corporate counseling; workers’ compensation; wrongful death; personal injury; premises liability; discrimination; FMLA claims; sexual harassment; bad faith; arson; insurance coverage; trucking accidents and FMCSR compliance; contract drafting and negotiation; probate; and fire claims litigation.
