T. William A. Caldwell
Will Caldwell was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. He majored in both History and Music Performance at Washington University in Saint Louis where he received his bachelor's degree with high honors in 2003. In 2005, Will enrolled in the University of Tennessee College of Law where he was a two-year member of the Jerome Prince Evidence Moot Court Team and an Articles Editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2008, and joined Ortale, Kelley, Herbert & Crawford months later.
Since joining the firm, Will has defended realtors, attorneys, creditors, debtors, physicians, counties, municipalities, homeowner associations, and businesses in matters ranging from contract disputes to wrongful death lawsuits. His civil litigation practice includes personal injury defense, professional negligence defense, civil rights defense, and employment disputes. He has successfully tried cases in front of judges and juries in both state and federal courts. He has also argued and briefed issues before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is admitted to practice before all United States District Courts in the State of Tennessee.
