Tania T. Trumble
Tania T. Trumble is originally from Middlebury, Conn. She attended Hotchkiss Preparatory School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Tulane University. She graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut School of Law and has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia for over ten years. Ms. Trumble is also a member of the State Bar of Tennessee and manages the Tennessee Division of the Litigation Department. Ms. Trumble’s early years in practice were spent as a prosecutor, where she gained extensive trial and lead counsel experience. Since then, she has concentrated her practice on real estate law, where she focuses on real estate litigation, including foreclosure and title disputes, title insurance disputes, mortgage fraud-related litigation and civil and commercial contract disputes. She is a member of the DeKalb Bar Association and was the Chair of the YLD High School Mock Trial Committee while attending the YLD Leadership Academy in 2007. She is also a member of the Georgia Women’ Lawyer’s Association and a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar. Ms. Trumble speaks annually at the State Bar of Georgia’s title standards seminar, focusing on the use of litigation to clear title issues. Ms. Trumble is admitted and appears regularly in all of the state and federal courts of Georgia and Tennessee, including the state and federal appellate courts.
