Taylor Barr Johnson
Taylor assists clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters including complex business litigation and insurance litigation. Drawing on her experience as a federal clerk, she enjoys crafting briefs for all types and stages of litigation and has experience successfully litigating appeals in both state and federal appellate courts. She also specializes in financial services litigation.
Taylor received her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review. In addition she was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board, Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, and Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society. She received her B.A.,magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Taylor worked as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Sonja F. Bivins, United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
