Thomas J. Erbin
Thomas Erbin’s civil law practice concentrates on litigation of real estate, title insurance, banking matters, and commercial leasing. He has handled many commercial loan and lease negotiations, workouts, and modifications. He has wide experience in civil appellate work in state, federal and bankruptcy court. He has also handled criminal defense on both the felony and misdemeanor levels. Mr. Erbin participated in the successful defense of a products liability claim arising from the nation's worst mine fire in 20 years. He has litigated many real estate cases to clear title and establish lien property.
