Thomas M. Cole
Thomas M. Cole was born March 8, 1950 and has been a life long resident of Knoxville, Tennessee. Mr. Cole received Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in 1972 and his J.D. Degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1975. Subsequent to admission to the Tennessee Bar in 1975, Mr. Cole has practiced in three Knoxville law firms. Mr. Cole is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations. Throughout the years, Mr. Cole's practice has included a relatively wide range of subject areas, including workers' compensation, construction liens, torts (automobile, negligence, products liability, medical malpractice, insurance errors and omissions), Conservatorships, Social Security disability, black lung, occupational diseases, defense of § 1983 Civil Rights actions, and mental health law.
