Thomas T. McClendon
Tom McClendon is an Associate in the firm. His practice areas include bankruptcy and reorganization, business law and litigation, and regulatory law.
Prior to joining the firm, Tom clerked for the Hon. Robert G. Mayer of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
After graduating from Early County High School in Blakely, Georgia, he attended Auburn University, where he graduated summa cum laude while attending (almost) every football game. After completing his degree from Auburn by writing his Honors Thesis on Virginia’s Constitutional Convention, Tom attended Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, where he graduated manga cum laude and served as Lead Articles Editor for the Washington & Lee Law Review. During law school, he also worked for the bankruptcy section at Magee Goldstein Lasky & Sayer, P.C. in Roanoke, Virginia. He also served as a summer law clerk for the Hon. Nancy C. Dreher (deceased).
